Explore: This is where we are at this point of the project. We will continue to explore the complexity of access to justice all throughout the stages to ensure that we remain rooted as we consider potential solutions and the interests of our stakeholders.
Analyze: Einstein famously said: “If I only had an hour to solve a problem, I’d spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and 5 minutes thinking about the solutions.” At this stage, we be ready to analyze and engage with all the stakeholders involved, the interests proclaimed, and zone in on the root cause of the problem of access to justice. If, and when, we find a solution that we can stand behind, we will move on to advocate that solution.
“If I only had an hour to solve a problem, I’d spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and 5 minutes thinking about the solutions.”
— Albert Einstein
Advocate: We will advocate a solution that advances the interests of most, if not all stakeholders involved in the problem of access to justice. At this stage, we would like to invite and include everyone to join us in making a change.
